1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the Hoterip B2B platform ("Platform"), you ("Agent" or "User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including travel agents, corporate travel managers, and any other registered business entities.
2. Platform Use
The Hoterip B2B platform is intended solely for use by registered travel businesses. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Use the Platform for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without prior written consent
- Use the Platform to harm, defame, or harass any individual or entity
Hoterip reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found in violation of these terms.
3. Account & Registration
To access the Platform, you must register a business account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying Hoterip immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Keeping your business information up to date
Hoterip reserves the right to reject or revoke any account registration at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
4. Bookings & Payments
All bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective hotel property. Rates displayed are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Payment terms vary by booking and may include:
- Prepayment — full payment required at time of booking
- Credit terms — invoiced payment within an agreed billing cycle (subject to approval)
- Deposit — partial payment upfront with balance due before check-in
All prices are displayed in the selected currency. Currency conversion rates are indicative only; final charges may vary based on the payment method used.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual hotel properties and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. General guidelines include:
- Free cancellation — allowed up to a specified date without penalty
- Non-refundable — no refund issued upon cancellation
- Partial refund — cancellation fee applies based on timing
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Hoterip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoterip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Hoterip acts as an intermediary between travel agents and hotel properties. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of hotel services beyond our reasonable control.
7. Changes to Terms
Hoterip reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
