How to make Reservation?
5 Easy Step To Make a Reservation :
- FIND AND DETERMINE THE ACCOMMODATION You can find and determined the accommodation you wish to stay by inputting Area, Period of Stay or by name of the Hotel or Villa you want to book on the searching column which available and then our system will show you some selection of accommodation which can be sort by budget, hotel name, star rating or location you want to. For example :
- DETERMINE THE ROOM RATES & ROOM CATEGORYOnce you find the hotel or villa you wish to stay and ready to book, you can choose the room category and the room rates you want to book and then please click “Book Now” button, then our system will refer you to the booking form accordingly.
- FILL UP THE BOOKING FORMPlease fill up the booking form completely and make sure all the information you have provided has been suitable with your needs. Should you wish to amend or revise your information after you made after the booking confirmed and hotel voucher has been issued could not be allowed.
- DETERMINE THE PAYMENT METHODOnce you fill up the booking form completely, please determine the payment method. We provide varieties of payment method such as Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB), Internet Banking, ATM, Bank Transfer and through Indomaret Mini Market (for Indonesian only) and also by Cash at all H.I.S branches. Once you have determined the payment method, please click “Pay Now” button, then our system will refer you to payment page. Please follow the instruction of the payment method you have selected accordingly.
- SETTLE THE PAYMENTMaximum the time limit to settle the payment is 60 minutes or 1 hour after you get the transaction code. The transaction code will be different from one Bank to another. If there is no payment transaction until the time limit, your reservation will be released automatically and you should re-book again. Should you wish to extend your stay after the booking is confirmed, you can contact our Customer Support team for further process, otherwise you will be charge by the properties with normal rates. Should you have a special request such as Non smoking room, Honeymooner room, Adjacent room and etc, you can write down your request on the Special Request column which available on the booking form and your request will be submit to each properties for further process. Kindly noted that the special request is depend on the policy of each properties and subject to the availability.
If you want to stay at HARRIS Kelapa Gading, just input word of “HARRIS”, then all hotel with “HARRIS” will be shown based on alphabet.
What should I do after Booking?
After the payment settlement is done and your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us together with hotel voucher which will be send to your e-mail account directly. Please print the Voucher and give to the Reception desk of the hotel upon arrival.
What is “On Request”?
“On Request” is the condition when you are looking for a Hotel for certain period and then the room rates and inventory that you are looking for is not available, it is mean the Hotel is fully booked. However should you still wish to get the information regarding the room rates and inventory during that period, you can leave a message to us by fill up the “On Request” form which available. Please click on the “On Request” button then the form will be appear. Kindly fill the form completely and then send it to our Customer Support team. Our Customer Support team will follow up every single question you ask accordingly.
How long to get the Booking Confirmation?
You will receive a booking confirmation automatically after the payment transaction is settled. Booking Confirmation will send to your e-mail account directly.
When I get the Hotel Voucher?
You will get the Hotel Voucher instantly after the payment process is done. Voucher will be send to your e-mail account directly along with the booking confirmation. If the Voucher is not receive within 1 x 24 hour after the payment is settled, please contact our Customer Support team at email@example.com or office number at +62.361.721064 or +62 811380 1919 for further process. Voucher can be printed and give to the Reception desk upon arrival.
If the Voucher is lost, can I check-in without Voucher?
If the voucher is lost, you can re-print it from the e-mail we have sent previously or you can show it from your mobile or you also can ask to us so we can resend to you again.
